Here at the Wandsworth RTC we offer free courses throughout the year to support Teachers, and all school staff, to make the most of Apple products and services within their school.

Creativity with iPad
Wednesday 5th October 2022, 4pm-5pm, Virtual Session

During this course, you will experience how iPad can open up new, engaging ways of teaching and learning. You’ll learn how to Get Started With iPad, Work With iPad, Explore Learning Resources and how to Go Further.
Later in the session, you’ll see how the Apple Teacher Programme can help you develop the skills needed to deliver powerful learning experiences with iPad in the classroom. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn some Apple Teacher badges before the end of the session.
Coding with iPad

Delegates will explore and use a number of iPad apps suitable to support the teaching of the coding curriculum across phases from Year1 to Year6 and beyond. An introduction to iPads own Swift Playgrounds and the teaching materials available to support this. Later in the session, you’ll see how the Apple Teacher Programme can help you develop the skills needed to deliver powerful learning experiences with iPad in the classroom. You’ll have the opportunity to earn some Apple Teacher badges before the end of the session.

You’ll have the opportunity to earn some Apple Teacher badges before the end of the session.

Digital Literacy with iPad

Join us for this twilight session where we will look at ways to help your children deepen conceptual understanding and procedural fluency in maths using iPad. Discover a variety of apps and approaches can help your students ‘master’ mathematics.
