Supporting teachers and school staff to make the most of Apple technology in the classroom
At the Wandsworth RTC, we run free professional learning courses throughout the year designed to help teachers and school staff unlock the full potential of Apple technology. Whether you’re new to iPad or ready to explore creativity, coding, accessibility, or Apple Teacher, these short, hands-on sessions will inspire fresh ways to engage learners.
All sessions are virtual, one hour long, and you’ll also have the chance to start your Apple Teacher journey by earning badges along the way.

Explore fun, accessible ways to teach coding with iPad, including Swift Playgrounds and other recommended apps. Learn how coding builds problem-solving and critical thinking skills—and get tips on linking coding to other curriculum areas.

In this session, you’ll explore how to personalise learning, remove barriers, and help pupils show their learning in different ways.

Take your first step towards becoming an Apple Teacher! This session will guide you through the Apple Teacher Learning Center, show you how to access free professional learning resources, and give you practical tips for earning your Apple Teacher iPad badges. By the end of the session, you’ll be well on your way to achieving Apple Teacher recognition.
